Cancellation policy

How it works. Choose Subscribe & save on a tea's page and pick how often it comes: every 30, 60 or 90 days on most teas. We send it on that schedule and charge your saved payment method for each delivery. Your subscription keeps going until you cancel it.

What you pay. New subscriptions are 15% off our regular price on every delivery. Your first order pays normal shipping, and every delivery after that ships free.

Sales. Subscribe while a tea is on sale and your first delivery gets the sale price, plus your 15% off. From your second delivery on, you pay 15% off our regular price.

Skip, swap or cancel. Log in to your subscription anytime to skip a delivery, swap teas, change how often it comes, or cancel.

Returns. Subscription deliveries follow our Refund policy.
