How delivery works

  1. You place your order

    We email you right away. You then have 30 minutes to make changes.

  2. We pack it and ship it

    When it leaves us, we email you a tracking link.

  3. It arrives

    Standard takes 2 to 7 days. Expedited takes 2 to 3.

Can I change my order after I place it?

Yes, for 30 minutes. We email you right away after you order. In those 30 minutes you can change your address, add an item or add a discount code.

Where is my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tap it to see where your box is.

Can’t find that email? Check your spam folder, or log in to see your orders. If tracking stops moving, email support@firebellytea.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.

My order arrived damaged or something is missing

We’re sorry. Email support@firebellytea.com within 30 days of getting your order. Send your order number, what went wrong, and a photo if you can. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I return something?

Reach out within 30 days of getting your order and we’ll work it out with you. Opened tea and used accessories usually can’t be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

If a refund is approved, it goes back to the way you paid. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Do you ship outside Canada and the US?

Not right now. We ship to addresses in Canada and the US only.
