How do I subscribe?
Open any tea’s page, choose Subscribe & save, pick how often it comes, and check out like normal. The teas above open with Subscribe & save already picked.
How often will my tea come?
You choose: every 30, 60 or 90 days on most teas. Each tea’s page shows how many cups a bag makes, so you can pick what fits how much you drink.
Can I skip, swap or cancel?
Yes, anytime, with no commitment. Log in to your subscription account to skip a delivery, swap teas, change the timing or cancel.
Can I subscribe to more than one tea?
Yes. Teas on the same schedule come together in one box.
Do I pay for shipping?
Only on your first order, at our regular rates. Orders over a set amount ship free, and checkout shows when yours qualifies. Every delivery after that ships free, with no minimum.
What if a tea is on sale?
Subscribe while a tea is on sale and your first delivery gets the sale price, plus your 15% off. From your second delivery on, you pay 15% off our regular price, and shipping is free.
When do I get the free Travel Mug?
It comes free with your third order.
What is early access?
When David makes a new blend, subscribers hear about it first and get the first chance to try it.
