• FREE on orders over $59

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

• 2 - 3 business days
• $10 flat rate

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (UK):

• 4 - 8 business days
• $10.50 flat rate

If you’ve experienced an issue with your latest order, please reach out via our contact form within 30 days. We will gladly replace damaged or defective items, and we welcome your feedback on our teas. Certain types of items cannot be refunded; please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We'll always do our best to respond quickly, but please note that there may be a delay during busy times. But don't worry – we're here, and we will get back to you to make things right.

All gift cards, sale items are final sale. Opened or used items are final sale unless exceptions are made at the Firebelly Tea.

International Orders (DAP/DDU)

For international shipments, our shipping terms are Delivered at Place (DAP) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for any additional fees incurred.
