    • Does Firebelly Teas have any retail location?
      No, Firebelly Teas does not have a physical retail location, but you can shop 24/7 - 365 from our slick online shop.

    • Where can I find the list of ingredients and allergens?
      Ingredients are listed on every Product Page and also on the Tea Boxes.

    • Are your teas gluten-free?
      Although most of our teas do not contain gluten, they are not produced in dedicated gluten-free facilities. Please check the ingredient and allergen list carefully.

    • Do your teas contain any sugar?
      There is no added sugar in any Firebelly Teas, nor any artificial sweeteners.

    • Do your teas contain any flavoring ?
      We use only the highest quality, 100% real ingredients in our teas and never anything out of a lab like so many other tea brands out there. Even so called “natural flavorings” are very often messed with by the guys in white coats. You want ingredients that have flavor, not flavorings. We keep things real because we like to know what we’re putting inside us. Think about it.

    • Are all your teas organic?
      Most of the Firebelly Teas are organic, however, we do have a selection of the top non-organic teas on the market. Our goal is to bring the very best quality product to you and in the case of teas from specialist small-batch farmers, that doesn’t always mean organic.

    • Does tea expire?
      For the most part, tea is best consumed within 3 years, however the quality of the tea can decline over time due to several factors like exposure to sunlight or damp storage conditions. To keep your tea tip-top, keep your Firebelly resealable bags and boxes in cool, dry locations.

    CAFFEINE

    • How much caffeine is there in a cup of tea?
      The average cup of caffeinated tea contains 37mg of caffeine. However, keep in mind that the actual caffeine content can vary quite a bit based on factors such as water temperature and brewing time.

    • Do your teas contain caffeine?
      Firebelly has a selection of both caffeinated and non-caffeinated teas.

    • Do you have any caffeine-free teas?
      Was that a trick question? Yes, Firebelly has a selection of both caffeinated and non-caffeinated teas.

    ORDERS

    • Why won't my order go through?
      One potential reason for problems at checkout is that you may be shopping on the wrong site for your location. Your currently on our USA or Australian site – if you want to send to a shipping address in Canada, you'll want to head over to firebellytea.ca instead.

    • Where is my order?
      You'll get a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our hands and is picked up by a shipping carrier. This email will include a tracking link – click on that to check the status.

      If your order tracking has not changed in 7-10 days and you purchased Green Shipping Protection at checkout, just click on the Corso link in your shipping confirmation email to make a claim.
    • Can I exchange an order?
      We will gladly help you exchange unused product within 30 days of your order. Please contact us with your request.

    • I received a damaged or incomplete order, will you fix that?
      We offer Green Shipping Protection™ so that you can easily replace a lost, stolen, or damaged order. Please check out our Shipping & Returns page for more about this option.

      If you've received an incomplete order, first check your shipping confirmation email – your order may have needed to be sent from more than one location and in this case the rest of your order will be at your door soon. If this isn't the case or you still have questions, reach out to our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to help.

    • I can't log in to my Firebelly account! What should I do?
      Click on ACCT in the main menu. Select the “Forgot Password” field right under the email address field. Please follow the steps in the password reset email to reset your password.

    • Can I purchase on the USA site and ship to Canada?
      If you are American and want to ship to a Canadian address, you can visit https://www.firebellytea.ca to place your order, and still be able to use an American billing address. Note that your order will be processed in CAD if you place your order to be shipped to a Canadian address.

    • How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
      If you receive a refund back to your credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay, you should see the refund within 10 business days of it being processed. Please note that this may take longer depending on your financial institution. If you originally paid with a Firebelly e-gift card, a new order for a replacement card with the value of the refund will be placed, and it will be sent to the email address on the original order. This is an automatic process, and cannot be modified by customer support. Please note that if the original payment method you used is no longer valid, we cannot process a refund to a different method of payment. In these circumstances, we can provide your refund directly to a Firebelly e-gift card.

    • How is tax calculated on my online order?
      There’s no escaping taxes, friends. The tax rate applied to your order will be the tax rate associated with the address you are shipping to. For example, if you live in a province/state that charges a total tax of 10% but are having the order shipped to a province/state that charges a total tax of 13%, you will be taxed 13% on the taxable items in your order. Please note that we do not charge tax on any loose leaf tea. All other products are subject to tax, and in some provinces/states, sales tax is applicable on shipping and handling charges.

     

    • What payment types do you accept?
      We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Meta Pay.

      We also accept Firebelly Tea digital gift cards. If you have any questions about the purchase or status of a digital gift card, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

      Other gift cards or Happy Cards are not valid forms of payment.
