Green Shipping Protection

We're excited to partner with Corso to give you the chance to make every order good for you, good for the planet. When you checkout with Green Shipping Protection™ you have automatic protection against theft or carrier mishandling including damaged or lost packages.

Getting a replacement order is quick and simple – just click on the Corso link in your shipping confirmation email to make a claim.

Green Shipping Protection can't be added after you've placed your order, so be sure to include it for extra protection against any potential issues once your package leaves our hands and is under the care of shipping carriers.

Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot generally be refunded, like open tea boxes or accessories that have been used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Sale items and gift cards are always final sale.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so please give it a few days to show up.

Unfortunately, we cannot grant refunds on sale items or gift cards.
