Hot Tea
1. Twist off the lid and pull out the inside chamber.
2. Add your tea leaves and pour hot water to the top fill line inside the travel mug.
3. Let your tea steep.
4. To stop infusion, press the chamber back down into your travel mug.
5. Twist the lid back on, and take your tea with you anywhere.

Iced Tea
1. Twist off the lid and pull out the inside chamber.
2. Add your tea leaves and pour hot water to the bottom fill line inside the travel mug.
3. Let your tea steep.
4. Twist the lid off the inside chamber and add ice; twist it back on.
5. To stop the infusion, press your iced chamber back down into your travel mug.
6. Twist the mug lid back on and take your tea with you anywhere.

Cleaning
1. Remove the tea press and unscrew the top and bottom from the press.
2. Dump the steeped tea leaves from the bottom of the mug into your compost or garbage bin.
3. Clean all parts and the mug with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
* Do not put your Stop-Infusion Travel Mug in the dishwasher.
4. Make sure all parts have dried completely before reassembling and storing.
